"There were a number of problems with our stay. One day we were unable to get into our room, the keycard did not work. The desk clerk seemed confused about what to do. According to her, the computer showed us being in a different room. Finally resolved that but now it looks as if we are being double charged for the rooms. The vending machines did not work properly and my daughter lost $5 in it. Also the vending area was extremely hot, well over 100 degrees."
