"The staff was very accommodating when my flight got in late, causing me to be late to the hotel to check in the hotel manager, cannot remember his name to save my life was very polite, professional and accommodating was more than happy to answer. Any questions I had related to the hotel and also to the surrounding area. Also recommended some very good places to eat 13 coins had some excellent food and was only 2 miles down the road. They had a hot tub and a pool at the hotel and it was very clean sanitary when I sat in the hot tub for about an hour, there was hotel staff cleaning the locker rooms and when I got out after I left, they were cleaning the pool decks. Definitely look forward to staying at this property again in the future. "

"I was so happy I chose this hotel. The area apparently is not safe but I am still so happy I chose this place. The location was easy to find and the check in was so smooth and pleasant. We got a room that faced a street but it barely has traffic and it was so quiet because of the double set of sliding glass doors. The room is not small. It has a sink and kitchenette. The room was clean and very well appointed. I love the placement and number of garbage cans! It's so annoying when there aren't enough garbage cans. Washroom is a good size & bed was comfy too. It was so easy to get the parking across the street. We also took the bus directly from central downtown and it was so convenient when we had very heavy bags of goods. Literally hop on hop off. It was about a 20 minute walk to Pine/Pike Street. Finally, the hotel is so close to many restaurants. We mostly walked for breakfasts and late night food! It was so good to see the area. Some areas nearby have weird people but I had no problem with it. I would come back again. "
