"Die Hotellobby im Erdgeschoss/ Eingangsbereich war zur Ankunft nicht sehr einladend sondern im Winter zugig. Das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet, Personal an der Rezeption okay, beim Frühstück hervorragend. Auswahl zum Frühstück sehr gut, Wasser für Tee leider nicht heiß. Schwimmbad und Sauna gut, Infrarotkabine leider außer Betrieb. Handtücher in diesem Bereich fehlen und Wäschekörbe für mirgebrachte Handbücher sind am Boden schimmilig. Parken direkt am Hotel sehr gut."

Also the credit card machine at the reception wouldn't process Hotels.com charges in dollars (but the restaurant's card reader can do it)"
