After hours of dealing with the issue, they shut off the gas and confirmed that the water heater needed inspection. The following morning, the heater malfunctioned again, and we had to shut off the main gas entirely as per the fire department, leaving us without hot water, heat, or the ability to cook for the rest of our stay. "Gorgeous views, and a cozy cabin! We loved our stay in Franklin, and enjoyed the amenities of the home. Waking up to bucolic views, and a fresh cup of coffee was wonderful. The hosts were very kind, and communication was open and friendly. Overall, very serene and peaceful. I would recommend this cabin to any and all who need a little mountain get-away. "

"Everything was absolutely adorable, retro with a lot of class. You could tell the owners really cared about their property and took beautiful care of it. It was absolutely clean, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, the fans in every room to the old-fashioned, but there was also an air conditioner so, they were really just for a little added comfort. Coffee pot brewed, great coffee, and the place was spotless."
