「Was kind of nervous since the outside of the hotel looked sketchy and old however it was surprisingly decent. The free breakfast was delicious, the staff was nice and helpful, the room was clean. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area. 」

「Stayed here for the night after my daughter tour UMass Amherst. It was clean and the rooms were very spacious and had a full kitchen. The girl at the desk was very friendly and helpful too. We will definitely stay here again anytime we are in the area as it also felt safe, secure and had a great breakfast.」

「Booked hotel 10 weeks before the stay specifically so I could use the pool and hot tub for my health condition. 4 days before arriving (1 day AFTER penalty free cancellation), I noticed they posted on their web site the pool & hot tub would be closed for the next 4 weeks (starting a few week before we arrived).
