"We loved our suite in Kasa Jules. It was spacious, luxurious, providing everything we needed and more. The location was perfect in Chippewa Square which is short walking distance to just about everything. Highly recommend!"

"One big trouble is the Trane A/C thermostat: I’m an engineer, and felt so frustrated that I can’t figure out how to make it work! The temperature was at 76 ~ 77 degrees for 3 days, the thermostat showed it was cooling, but the temperature wasn’t going down at all! One thing I learned from this trip: Never ever buy any Trane A/C! "

"Overall, it was a decent place that I would consider staying at again. It was huge and right within walking distance to everything we wanted to go to. There were some cleanliness issues, like hair in the shower and crumbs on the floor, but we were able to clean it and move on. My only issue was check out day.
