"The property is a gorgeous place, but is somehow abandoned in many areas! Needs a lot of improvement and outside terraces and areas need cleaning in all areas. Rooms, bedss and pillows are the best. "This is basically a low end, working class hotel. Old and dusty. Needs a complete facelift. That said, it was certainly safe and only a short walk into the old town. "Very nice small place. We loved it right away. We had everything we needed to prepare our meal except for an oven but we managed fine. We also loved being in the city center, it’s quite nice to visit. Parking ain’t easy but we found a free street parking first day and second day we paid for one. The only negative point is that it is NOT sound proof between the floors. If you have a neighbour on top floor, you will know without a doubt with kids running, chairs moving…etc"

"What I liked about this. It was like a humongous bed and breakfast. I love that it was away from Lisbon is the reason I chose it. I was able to have a walk and the owner and staff went out of their way to make sure I had breakfast every morning. Along with coffee, there's self-serve under the covered patio, also and the pool was exquisite."
