I am tired of spending so much money and the hotels and Expedia are the ones to benefit from it. Just not fair.
You provide us with a service which we pay in return. You don’t give out money back so you? You simply expect us to putt up with this low standard of service while charming us thousands. Enough is enough. Stop apologising and do your job. Shame on you all
