"The pictures on the advertisement are nothing close to the reality. Ceilings and walls are plastered with dead mosquitoes. Rooms are very hot, and they do not have air conditioning or even a fan. "

"The booking process is quite confusing. I booked with PayPal for 3 installment payment. Which initial deduction was made buy when i reached Spain, they required the full balance before tjey allowed me to check in. I was informed later that the money will be refunded, is been 5days now without any update about the refund. The room we had was by the road and very noisy, making it difficult to sleep. "Difficult to locate, parking is a long walk away up and down cobble-stone streets, check-in is complicated, the apartment name is not as advertised, the nearby church bells sound on the hour. Given the cost and problems it is not good value for money - better to stay at the nearby Parador. Can fully recommend Santillana."

"Was a perfect dtay, right at the heart of the city close to the bus station and city center, easy to find and we had a problem with the door code and the staff were very helpful even with the language barrier on both ends was very helpful, nice room and toilet, they clean daily but i believe they forgot to check the toilet since they didnt change the toilet paper and we ran out of and used the shower apart from that perfect "

"I love this hotel. I chose it especially for the views of the bay, the boats, and the mountain. The staff is friendly and ever-helpful. There is an on-site restaurant with amazing food and a bar in the lobby where you can meet up with friends before going out. I will definitely stay here again. "
