It's in the heart of many districts, such as the fashion and jewelry districts and it is conveniently located close to all of the sights and experiences one can have in LA. "Venice Breeze is an older building, but modernized/updated. It was right in the center of everything Venice Beach and a couple mile walk from Santa Monica. If you like the "hippie" or Bohemian culture, you will love this area! Staff was very friendly, and helpful. We did have to park about 8 blocks away to find free parking, or you can pay to park closer. "

They were prompt to get maintenance when I asked why we didn’t have heat in the room for the first 2 nights and I had 3 cold showers and decided to go to the office about it.
