「Pretty small hotel, with a very big signage on a main road. But it's so small that they don't have a proper reception, all check in and out and anything are done in the restaurant area. I don't think my stay is at the high season, but the hotel rate is far too overpriced. Service is not much since there's very few staff in the hotel, but they manned everything, front desk and a restaurant. It showed the lack of service in the breakfast time. The photos showed the two "over easy" fried egges...

「I felt safe and welcome at this property. Shopping facilities were all around the property. Very convenient for transport. A shoot out to the staff who were very friendly and worked very hard to accommodate hotel requests. I do prefer to have access to a safe in room. Something that was not in place. Valuables could be secured at front desk. Some staff spoke several languages which was helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again if l return to Valencia. 」
