My only issue was that I had asked for my room to be cleaned during a 4-hour window between 11am and 3pm so I could return and get ready for a Christmas gathering. Front desk staff assured me it would be taken care of. When I returned to the hotel, the room was still uncleaned and the housekeeping staff had to skip...
