「The cottage was clean and updated with everything you need, toiletries, kitchen pans and utensils, a full beach cart with everything needed for the beach. I took a few naps in the sun in the hammock. The location is great, an easy block to the beach. The only thing we had difficulty with was the gas grill did not heat up sufficiently to cook burgers. It was an incredible relaxing place for a family vacation, highly recommend it」

「Inside are great. These condos on the west side should not be open for business. First-The construction workers parking next to you personal vehicle and using power equipment. 2nd we had no hot water, spent most of the morning changing rooms twice. The first night of dining we were sat at a table with people we didn’t know and very loud and attire was not observed. 3rd, my credit card was charged by Expedia and also by the resort, two times. I will be reporting that to my banking instruction....

「Wonderful to just walk out the door and onto the beach! Everything was nice: well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, washer and dryer etc. Some construction still going on, but this is the case for most places in Fort Myers Beach and it never bothered us. Great place to stay.」

「The resort was nice, the room clean and comfortable. It could us a few more kitchen items, such as measuring cups and a blender. Only one elevator was working, which made a ride from the 12th floor a long wait! It would also be nice if the fan on the roof of Flippers wasn't so noisy, making a quiet evening on the balcony less enjoyable.」
