「The room was not well soundproofed, and the sound of doors opening and closing in other rooms was so loud that I couldn't sleep at all. There were a few hairs in the quilt, and I didn't know if it was because the previous quilt was not changed. I was so sleepy at the time that I took the hair off the bed and went to sleep directly. 「The hotel in general was very nice. But room 308 is a dud. The HVAC unit is not functioning properly- the fan is stuck on high at all times. So the room is either very cold or very hot and it is difficult to find something in between. The front desk was aware of the problem but no one came to fix it. Also the auto-closer on the door to the room is not strong enough, the door shuts most of the way and then gets stopped at the jamb without totally shutting or locking. We left the door ajar and...
