"I like this place because it was so close to the airport and not real expensive. We only stayed one night so we could catch our plane early in the morning. At first I wasn’t sure how safe the area was when we first pulled up but once we stayed for a little while and watched the people walking around the streets we realized it was very safe. "We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment at the back of the property on the second floor. The room was updated and clean. Walking distance to restaurants. It is attached to a convenience store for beer, snacks and alcohol. Pool was clean. Also has a whole bar area that you can leverage by the pool. Property can be a little noisy in the morning when everyone is going to work since it is located directly on the main road to La Fortuna."

"Our family of 5 enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The raging river so close to our balcony was impressive after a few days of heavy rain. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and we had plenty of space for 5. A couple of minor issues being advertised washer/dryer was actually a paid laundry service and pillow menu did not exist when requested although advertised. "

"We stayed in one of the A framed villa. We loved the private plunge pool and all the amenities that were provided at this villa. At the time we stayed there were only seven villas. Very clean and the villa looked to be new. Upstairs in the master suite there is a king sized bed. All the pillows and beds were comfortable and the pull out couch was overall comfy for our son. Big kitchen and refrigerator. There is even a small mini fridge and a sink up stairs in the master bedroom. Tiled showers...

"We loved our stay here. The property was clean, spacious and had all we needed. We even had HOT showers! Sara was a pleasure to deal with, offering to help us with things to do, places to eat, etc. The laundry service was efficient and fairly priced. Parking was easy and safe. We were a quick drive away from the centre of town. "

"I made a reservation, and when the date came by, I contact them via text to receive check-in instructions, and they told me they did not had rooms for me. I ask for a refund, and they ghosted me. I highly suggest looking for other places"

"Loved the huge, beautiful grounds and the activities offered at the resort. We did the tubing and horseback riding - great fun and so convenient that it was at the resort. Concierge was very helpful finding us local tours, arranging transportation, etc. And good dining options too. We ate every meal at the resort except lunch during excursions. Really convenient and relaxing to have good dining at the resort. We loved the hot springs by the river, especially the one right above the waterfall. Very good resort for family. "

"This place is so beautiful! All the rainforest jungle landscaping is phenomenal. The location is perfect in the middle of all activities and the view of the volcano is the best. We had both a sunny day, cloudy and rainy day and all were great there. The hot springs are well shaded from sun and rain. The buffet breakfast is great and my kids loved the nachos, burgers and wood-Fire pizza at the bar. Their Asian salad was amazing as well! I was happy with the prices being very reasonable - $10-$12 meals. My daughter and I even shared a pizza a couple times so that was a $6 meal for us each. I was surprised it didn’t feel crowded, even during spring break. "
