"This is a wonderful hotel in a spectacular location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the views are sensational, the owners are very helpful, the food is very good and reasonably priced, and it is very well located for exploring the Dolomites (Tre Cime, Seceda, Adolf Munkel Weg, Sella Pass, Grödner Joch, etc.) The road up to the hotel is a bit daunting the first time, as it is narrow and curvy, but after the first time it feels perfectly comfortable. We will return often!"

"Kristall is an amazing hotel with a gorgeous view. When we arrived at 2pm we were told they would have an afternoon snack available from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. The snack was delicious with the hot snack being cheese gnocchi. After that we went and enjoyed the spa area. The pool was a perfect temperature and the hot tub was nice. They had two different saunas, a Turkish bath (steam room), and then a cool down room. The bed was very comfortable. Overall enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed...

"Servizio sicuramente migliorabile per il tipo di struttura in particolare nel ristorante. Per accedere alle stanze che danno sul giardino è presente una zona con muffa sul muro con acqua che cola dal soffitto. Sicuramente si trova di meglio in zona allo stesso prezzo. Per il resto belle piscine in particolare quella sul tetto con vista sulla vallata. Peccato perché la struttura di per se sarebbe molto bella, manca una gestione attenta, sembra che ognuno si autogestisca senza una regia. "

"Rooms were awesome. Staff was super attentive. Hotel is next to a park which will be a plus but once per month there is a covert there and our night was the night. Heavy metal band playing very loud with lots of screams. After a long travel day we needed to chill and had to wait until 11 to do so."

"The hotel was beautiful and in an incredible setting. The food was lovely, both for breakfast and dinner. The rooms were to a high standard as were the facilities. All I can say that I had an issue with was that there’s no air conditioning as well as no fans offered. Which meant that we did not sleep well because of the excessive heat, even with the balcony door open. I asked in regards to using a fan, but they said they didn’t have any. "Up to now, after much travel, my favourite hotel is Coul House near Inverness. The Neue Post joins it at the top of my list. It is an elegant, wonderfully designed building..Two conjoined in fact. The whole place is gorgeous and elegant and the staff are wonderful. It must take a huge amount of skill and planning to produce such quality and attention to detail. They have succeeded. My room was lovely, with a view of the Ziller Valley. The way the hotel is designed is really clever, linking up the two pools, indoor and outdoor rooftop, which are both wonderful, as are the saunas. Food is mainly buffet and high quality. The fresh fruit for breakfast (a facet of any good hotel in my view) was ideal. Great selection of fresh breads. I was surprised...my tarrif included breakfast, late lunch and dinner. Good value. The English equivalent would possibly be a 5 star hotel in many aspects. The staff seem to take a great pride in their work, as they should do. I used some of my rusty German, but English was well spoken by the staff. The area is lovely. I was unable to walk far due to a bad leg, but got up the Penkenbahn Gondola for a drink at the top to watch the paragliders at 2000m. It was stunning and a pleasant 17 degrees at height. I know it will be very busy come ski season, but I'm sure such a well-organised place will cope well. If my leg recovers, I would like to try the Zillertal ski area. Thanks go to all involved in this marvellous business. "
