「The bed in my room was old and needs to be replaced. The staff and location were so pleasant and enjoyable. Unfortunately, all over the property there are little things that need attention. Dry wall with holes cuts into it (looks like something is underway...but nothing happened the three days I stayed). Rips in some carpet, scuffs, scrapes, sticker residue... All of these imperfections were minor, but it's such a beautiful property the imperfections are an injustice. 」

「Exterior of the property looks great but inside is a different story. Attention to detail should cos. Elevator walls very dirty with something splashed on walls. Carpeting almost non existent. Room is large but definitely showing its age. Sink counter area very dirty and could use a good cl among vans paint. Door trim in bathroom falling off wall. Pool drained and inoperable. Paint in room needs a lot of touch up and wall patch needs finished. Towel rack in bath broken off.graffiti on bath wall...

「The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.」

「Very friendly reception. Room is clean, and comfortable for a quick overnight stay before a cruise. Everything you need is within a comfortable walking distance. 」

「 really like the hotel my room was clean and very nice took a mini vacation with my kids and the view was great they were clean and staff was very nice parking was good and 5min from the beach and i felt very safe to.. I will definably be staying there again and 100% recommend.」
