"I stayed at Luma Hotel for 3 nights for my Birthday. This Hotel is beautiful! The Decor, Food, Rooms and Staff were top of the line. I had my breakfast delivered to my room by Lumie the Robot. Hotel is in walking distance to many Main Attractions. I will definitely return."

"Friendly helpful front desk staff. Nice clean rooms and nice places to walk around outside. They used to have a better breakfast and now most everything is premade and wrapped in celophane. But the dining area is clean and lovely. "

"This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in while traveling. The location was great and across from Pier 33. It was clean, friendly, and we loved the accommodations like ping pong and roasting smores. We also like the restaurant connected to it. I highly recommend staying here. "

"The room was nice. Our door was open when we arrived. But all was clear. The outside looks like they may be renovating pretty bad one stair case was block maybe do to an earthquake at some point. "

"Overall a great stay close to Union Square. They were very busy during the holiday so I think a few cleanliness things got missed. Our floors looked like they hadn’t been swept/vaccumed/mopped. Found a random wrapper as well. Other than that the staff was really friendly."
