"I would agree with other reviewers that the open areas of the hotel at times did feel like a hostel however the room was clean and updated. The parking was convenient and simple to access. The staff were all kind, friendly and helpful. I ended up staying two nights because it was a short drive to the Freccia Nel Cielo resort and lived up to my standards for cleanliness and safety. I would recommend this hotel!"

The maid service was terrible, did not change our towels once during our 5 day stay there, they even took my large towel after my first night there and never brought me another one even after I complained to them.
