「My first time visiting San Luis Obispo, and everything was great! I was hoping to save money where I could, and selecting Avenue Inn helped with that. Everything I needed, and an excellent location! Enough amenities just outside my door, and perfectly walkable to the downtown. Just blocks away! I will DEFINITELY return to Avenue Inn.」

「You can see the sea and the beach from the balcony. It only takes 5-8 minutes to walk to the coastal corridor. Hurry up to the whole section. It has an open swimming pool and an open-air balcony. The parking is super convenient and the price is ideal.」

「We have never stayed in a mobile / tiny home cabin so it was outside our normal. The "cabin" we stayed in was small but functional. There are hiking trails around the property, swimming pool, and other activities within the campground. Easy driving distance to Avila Beach, Pismo Beach, and Port San Luis. The reception staff are gracious and very welcoming. An awesome two day stay for my spouse and self. 」
