「Jorge is extremely friendly and helpful. He helped me arrange a taxi for the next morning. He even showed to make sure everything went well. I was given a room with a balcony and patio. Very nice and unexpected. 」

「Beautiful hotel! Very helpful and nice staff. Old and sturdy construction with antique furniture. About 7-10 min walk to the center and markets. They saved me from getting towed and also made us a nice breakfast. We’ll be back :) 」

「Nice stay in this facility. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was good. Lovely old building. Room was clean. Location was ok for downtown SJ but extra care needed in area very close by. Wouldn't want to stray too far in the wrong direction after dark ( or early Sunday morning as we did !) would recommend this place. 」

「Wenn ich je wieder nach San Jose reise, werde ich dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!! Lage - ca. 15min Fussweg von Zentrum entfernt! Service - sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Frühstück - Kaffee/Tee und frische Früchte kann jeder sich selber nehmen, so viel er möchte! Es werden frisch aufgebackene Brötchen mit Butter und Marmelade und dazu ein typisches Frühstück serviert! Ausstattung - die Zimmer sind gepflegt, dauber und verfügen über genügend Platz und haben sogar eine Klimaanlage....

「Really nice place, rooms are small but you can go reading or discuss in the many places in the hôtel (cozy places) or on the little common terrasse. Clean place. Easy to walk from the hôtel to many places in the center of San José.」
