"8000 won is an incredible amount to do a load of laundry. The free continental breakfast was very nice, yet no one hosted it. There was no one at the desk. I had woken up at 8am and a fellow said to come back at 10am for laundry assistance. I returned at 9:20am and ate breakfast and waited over two hours waiting for staff to help with my laundry, (per signage, on TWO mornings)! This is the first place I’ve ever stayed that insisted one throw-away toilet tissue rather than flushing it....

"The stay is superb, the bathroom band toilet is great. the house design also nice. Well It’s Itaewon. A party people around. So, if you’re in the bad luck your roommates might get drunk in the night and being loud. But so far I’m ok of it. Because trust me this is one of the my best favorite cheap accommodation in Korea."

"I stayed there for one night and I do an honest and fair review. The staff is super friendly, they help you and try their best. Also the location is super. BUT: the hostel not really ready. There is no kitchen. The stove (dirty and old!) is on the floor right next to the washing machine (very old). There is no table or something. You have to eat in the room or while standing. "I got there by 9pm and all the doors were locked - the checkin supposed to be until 10pm. Luckily my Korean friend could call them and ask for help (I have to phone access here, only Internet). Them took us to another place a few blocks away - better location but to door keys or lockers (I had my work laptop with me..I just can't leave it sitting around). My bed was full of hair..I had to use my own towel to cover the pillow. Worst part: there are only two bathrooms to be shared between all...

"Our family of 4 booked a 3 bedroom but they didn’t have one available at the time of check in so they upgraded us to the 4 bedroom. When they say bedroom, they are referring to the number of beds and not the number of separate bedrooms. Place was very spacious and we were very happy with our stay. Having 2 full bathrooms and washer/dryer inside the room was a huge plus. Location of the hotel was close to multiple convenience stores, coffee shops, and many restaurants. "We really enjoyed staying at the nine tree premier in Insa-dong. The rooms are clean, and the amenities are great including the gym, laundry room and even free lockers to store you luggage’s and belongings safely so you can enjoy the city before you check in and when you check out. Friendly staff and even the breakfast buffet was delicious. It is also very close to the souvenir shops and restaurants and they even have a convenience store downstairs where you can buy a tmoney card. We would definitely stay here again. "
