「Pratique et bien placé 」

「This property is brand new and in mint condition. It’s walkable to Galway City center, but it’s a long walk. I recommend the bus which is clean, inexpensive and runs frequently. This place was a great option for families with teens.」

「The laundry room was dirty. There were no instructions for using the stove, oven, water heater. No coffee maker and the kettle was corroded. The downstairs bathroom smelled awful. The beds were very uncomfortable. We tried to get an Uber but they refused to come to this address. The advertising of this house gave false expectations. The owners left a message that they needed to send an electrician to fix the dining area light. No one ever came so we had no light. 」

「We enjoyed sharing an apartment, with use of a full kitchen, a lounge and clean modern bedrooms. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. 」

「Overall beautiful apartment everything we needed and clean. But the mattresses and couches were very disappointing. Even our children 4y.o and 6 y.o did not sleep because the springs stuck through every mattress. Hubby and I had to sleep in seperate beds just to find a comfy spot. Please replace the mattresses. 」

「Super convenient location right across from the train and bus station and a 10 minute walk to restaurants and town center where the tour buses pick you up. I would suggest being more clear in the description that this is not a hotel, but student housing that is temporarily empty for the summer break. 」

Von 5 Duschen hat nur eine wirklich funktioniert, die anderen 4 Duschköpfe waren verkalkt und spritzten (schwach) quer durch die Gegend. Alle Räume waren sehr heiß trotz angenehmer Außentemperatur, da die Fenster nur einen Spalt weit aufgingen und die Wärme in den Räumen stehen blieb. Pluspunkt: viel Platz für Familie + Oma」

「Not a Hotels.com accommodation! This is an apartment and managed by multiple individuals which led to poor communication and a not so great stay. The contact number was unanswered the entire day of our stay despite multiple calls. The apartment owner did call us back 8 hours after our initial call. We arrived within 'check-in' hours to an empty facility prior to his call back and wandered around aimlessly until he called back in which we had to go to another location to pick up the keys. 「Very clean. Beds very comfortable. Area perfect. No issues. Just the location wasn't as close as some people may like. Cab around €9-€11 but that's the only bad thing. Which is minor. But will definitely be staying there again. Definitely recommend it. Especially a group of people.」
