「My wife and I made a quick getaway here after coming back from a work trip. The hotel was beautiful, the room was fantastic. Couple of gripes. The restaurant closes at 9pm!? We had a flight that landed in SLC at about 8 so by the time we got here we just missed dinner. That seems pretty early for a resort style hotel.
