Caboose was a rare find: walking distance to train station (2 minutes), Salisbury Cathedral (approx 10 minutes), and all the shops, restaurants, sights, and pubs in between.
Breakfast was a few doors down, at the Hettie Bells pub and coffee shop - loads of choice. Make sure to go back for a pint in the afternoon/ evening - the pub is charming, and on a sunny day, the large outdoor area is buzzing.
The room was small, but well appointed with modern bath, lovely crisp linens, and comfy bed.
Just a note - check-in is a few doors down, at the Hettie Bell. It was quite convenient - we were able to leave our bags when we arrived mid- morning, then roll up late afternoon to check in, grab our bags and head to Caboose. Both properties are owned by the same individual.
