"The staff was helpful but the room had a leak under the faucet, the mini fridge also leaked and the door to the room had been kicked in and didn’t close properly. Leaving a crack where cold air came in at. Also the hotel is gated but I had to wait for the front desk staff to open the gate with the remote. "The lights at the head of the bed were not operative. Looked under the bed stand and found the wall plug was pushed into the wall and not even mounted, which made pushing the light cord back into the socket difficult. While performing this task, 2 cockroaches came running out from under the bed. Had to make sure all of my luggage was sealed so I didn't leave with any extra passengers."
