It was in an old school. Interesting concept. But that's pretty much where the fascination ended. From there it went downhill, right from the moment we walked through the front door. It's in a beautiful part of Quebec though.

Poor choice
We arrived late and forced to pay a penalty of additional 50$. The room is tiny. The bed wasn’t a queen bed but smaller. The shower was for children only size wise. Far from being a suitable place I wouldn’t recommend it

Nous avons aimé le côté rustique de la vieille école. Nous avions une suite qui était pratique, mais la propreté au niveau de la salle de bain et du plancher laisse à désirer. Matelas très vieux et mou et odeur indésirable dans l'entrée adjacente à la réception.

Un hôtel atypique au charme certain
J'ai passé une nuit à l'auberge La Vieille Ecole. L'auberge est tout à fait atypique, avec un charme certain. La personne qui m'a accueilli était très sympathique, mais ça, c'est plutôt ben ordinaire au Québec ! Dommage que le confort des chambres (en particulier la chambre solo) soit assez spartiate, en particulier celui de la salle d'eau qui est vraiment très petite. La literie est plutôt confortable cependant. Bref, un motel charmant qui vaut le détour (ou l'arrêt, car vous n'avez pas vraiment de détour à faire !) pour une étape d'une nuit.
