"The resort is nestled in a quiet part of Sabah far away from city noise. It’s an idyllic place to be whether you’re there with family like us or if you want to go there for a couple’s getaway. The beach is really nice where you can have fun water sport activities. The staff are great and will always find a way to keep your holidays stress free and memorable. A few notes for the management. The building is showing a bit of age. I’d recommend the hotel to update the doors, wooden furniture and carpets in particular as they are showing signs of wear. The hotel particularly needs to clean the beach all the way across and not just in the front of the hotel. We had to turn back from our walk after a few minutes as it appeared that nobody was cleaning the beach to the right of the property. "

"Much better than expected after reading the other reviews. By standards of Semporna, this hotel is very good. My room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff members were nice, but completely failed at the one thing people actually come to Semporna for - information about day trips to the nearby islands. It felt like I was the first person to ever ask them about going to Mabul or Mataking. To be fair all “sales” people in Semporna were like this so not just an issue in this hotel. "

"Staff more than accommodating to halo allow us to enjoy our stay. Some wear and tear in the room and the AC in our room was a touch temperamental. Bed comfy, room large and quiet, reception friendly and helpful. Good central location. Pool was lovely after a days adventuring"

"Lovely hotel with good facilities and friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. After arriving on a late flight I Was a little bit disappointed that we couldn’t get something to eat in the restaurant at 10.30 even though the closing time displayed was 11pm."

"The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Specially Ms Anna Wong from the restaurant. She is always smiling and goes around to ask the guests they are ok. The room we stayed is very clean and spacious and we enjoyed our stay very much . The only setback the hotel is that guests can smell the foul air from the nearby Filipino market Once you stand outside the lobby. Because of the hotel is across the market, the surrounding area gets pretty busy . May not be pleasant if you are on holiday. "

When my rental car broke down during my trip, the staff went above and beyond to assist me with the tapping out issue—something that could have been a real hassle without their help. I also truly appreciated how accommodating they were with my last-minute request for a late check-out. The level of hospitality here is top-notch, and the warmth of the team really made a difference during my stay. I’d also like to highlight the hotel’s restaurant—the food was great, and I absolutely loved their home-baked pastries. You can really taste the care that goes into their kitchen. Overall, an excellent experience. I’ll definitely be back!"

"Stayed 2 nights at Sabah hotel with a day off inbetween. Great room with big bed, great breakfast and pool facilities. Kept bags when we visited Turtle island inbetween the 2 nights "

"Best for holiday trip. hotel facilitate with great equipment/ facilities , food options and scenery. Only the bar menu next to the pool i think its way too much over price and not worth it. The orher restaurant are reasonable. "
