"This may stay away from because of business. I love the staff!!! They are delightful, helpful and make me feel like a family member. I wish there was better power areas near the desk, but there is a work space in the lobby that is bright. Close by are several places to eat and convenient grocery store that are in the same shopping strip.Plenty to do plus the Cal Trans Station and Milbrae BART are right behind the hotel. So convenient for me to jump on and travel throughout the Bay. Thank you so...

"Overall, it wasn’t bad. The biggest disappointment was the lack of a shuttle to the airport that they advertised having. The shuttle was part of the reason we picked that hotel. We were disappointed. However, It was very easy to get an Uber. They should just quit advertising that they have a shuttle. The price was very good. The hotel was a little run down, but she was a beauty once. The room was as very clean and comfortable."
