"I love the location. Very peaceful and charming place. We visited off season so we were the only guest. The caretaker were very accomodating and friendly. The only downside there's too many stray cats that chase you around the property and its a little daunting when they all come together to hangout with you. "The chalet was cute from afar. There was water damage in the downstairs bathroom that made the apartment smell like mildew. All the towels smelled of mildew. It was far away from action. Host was great. Just the place needed work."

We had no other option since they didn't give us a cash refund although we paid in advance so the offered us a small apartment above thier house with a promise to partial refund that we didn't get so far, 1 month after."

"Located on Google maps as "Villa AS," you may have issues locating this property when you get to zabljak. Host didn't speak much English, so arrival was a little rough. Overall, It worked for what I needed it for (a place to stay while I climbed Bobotov Kuk.) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to someone. "

"A great hotel for exploring Durmitor, with friendly staff (especially Paul!) that were able to make recommendations about activities in the area. Ample free parking, which seems to be rare in Montenegro, and a great restaurant serving breakfast buffet and a wide range of menu options at lunch and dinner time. "

We arrived at the apartment to be told it wasn’t ready and we’d have to go to a hotel in Zabljak instead! The apartment wasn’t ready because it was early in the season! The property is still being advertised as available now! We didn’t stay at the hotel because it was a small room with kitchenette that wasn’t suitable. We found another apartment nearby. The man at SOA Hotel was very unsympathetic and kept saying the hotel room was our best option/best thing for us! Obviously it was the best option for them, not us! We are trying to get a refund but they are refusing! At no point did they try and contact us about the apartment not being ready, if they had we could have arranged something else much sooner! It’s a scam!"
