「Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Uns wurden gleich beim Check in infos für die Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben und Restaurantsempfehlungen. Strand ist 1‘ zu Fuß entfernt und die Altstadt von Rethymno 20‘ mit dem Auto. Einziger Nachteil: geringe Parkmöglichkeiten 」

「Overall it was great value for money and beautiful views from the balcony. Staff were welcoming. The room had good interior decor however we felt there needed to be further renovations to the hotel. It was quite noisy in the room from the main road traffic. The pool side area was very nice with great views. The beach was a bit unclean with cigarette ends etc but cannot always be helped I know. The breakfast was ok but the cooked produce could be improved as appeared dried out and unappetising....

「We paid a pretty reasonable price for this beaitiful hotel. Facilities are new and clean. The spa is small but very nice , they only take 6 people per time. The hotel is not in the seafront as I thought but it has its own sun loungers/bar services at the rethymno beach which is one small block away. We had half board booking and the breakfast buffet was very good with great variety of food. Dinner buffet was okay, not the best food we've had in hotel buffets but also not terrible. 「The resort is great for families with babies OR kids 4+ years. It was a huge disappointment for us that our daughter who turns 4 in two months couldn’t attend any of the kids’ club activities, even if we would’ve stayed with her. So there was not much to do, considering we visited in April when only the indoor pool was heated (mildly, still cold in my opinion) and she couldn’t spend time in any of the kids’ pools outside.
