"Everything excellent as usual. Did order a rump steak one night that was chewy but it may have been me as hubby’s was fine. All staff very friendly and helpful. The best shower in the room!"

"The accessible rooms were great, spacious, non slip tiles and rails in bathroom. Huge comfy king soze bed, reception area was trendy with small bar/cafe. Limited options for breakfast, no balcony and couldn't open a window. Two fire emergencies during my 5 night stay, on the 7th floor with a disability and noone at reception. Need a much better fire plan."
