They say they staff the front desk until 10:30pm, but they don’t. They never answered the phone even once when we called during the time the desk was supposed to be staffed. Forget it if there is something wrong with your room - ours was missing a remote for the HVAC, and the other room we booked the water came out of both taps HOT HOT HOT. There was no help to be found. It was like accidentally stumbling into a ghost hotel with no staff. Uber does not want to come there, because it’s a 20-25 minute drive to get there. So we wound up waiting 30 minutes for an Uber the first time, then we wised up and ordered the Uber at a specific time so that we knew we could get a ride. The pool is not heated. Breakfast was a typical hotel buffet breakfast - which might be the best thing we can say about the place. We wouldn’t stay there, again. The staff we did manage to find and interact with were polite. I felt sorry for them, because every single person who checked out while we were sitting in the lobby had something wrong with their room.
