"Place was excellent"

"For our 8th anniversary, we decided to celebrate at Bob's and stay at the OMNI.The restaurant was amazing, the stay was good, but the atmosphere was a little disappointing. While sitting at the bar enjoying our evening, a fight broke out, and whiskey was spilled all over my dress. The police did come, but it was disappointing to see that the patron was allowed to come back into the hotel and sit back at the bar! "Overall Good experience, especially with Igor the waiter at the Lobby Bar. Outstanding server with exceptional customer relationship skills. The one disappointment was that out A/C did not work in our room and it was uncomfortably hot on an unusual warm December Day in Dallas."

"What a wonderful concept. I will take lower rates, smaller rooms, super amenities, a warm reception, clean rooms, and great service all day long over big rooms. If you are in a city like Dallas, why do you want to spend your time in the hotel room? When I returned to the room, I felt perfect accommodations. As a woman business traveler, it is nice to feel safe, and this location was terrific. There is a super restaurant across the street too. I wish this concept would become a trend in...
