Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated at this property. I arrived at 1:00am on Saturday 3/15/35 (my reservation was 3/14-3/16), with my 4 children only to be turned away by a very rude guy at the desk who looked at me and said “I don’t have any rooms, I don’t know what to tell you, figure it out.” When I asked how do you not have a room if I have a reservation he just shrugged his shoulder and showed me a computer saying they no availability , but never even looked up my name at all. Even when my husband called, he was rude and couldn’t provide any information. I was still charged for the room and they put “NO SHOW” as the reason for the charge, I still haven’t even got my refund resolved and had to find a room in the middle of the night with an infant and 3 other children that cost me double because of the whole situation. Mi have NEVER been so disappointed in all my years of using Expedia.
