I'm disappointed to say that this hotel did not meet my expectations. Despite its attractive appearance in the photos after refurbishment, there were several issues that need attention.
The bathroom was unclean, with noticeable mould and limescale that indicated a lack of proper cleaning for an extended period. Additionally, there was a shortage of towels and bathroom amenities.
The bedding provided was of poor quality, consisting of a thin sheet riddled with holes instead of a proper blanket.
Furthermore, the lack of sound insulation between rooms resulted in a significant noise disturbance from neighbouring guests and adjacent water usage.
Despite advertising Wi-Fi, it was only accessible near the reception desk area, leaving our room without reception.
The limited availability of staff at the reception desk throughout the day made it difficult to seek assistance or support when needed.
On a positive note, the hotel's location in the Prati neighbourhood was enjoyable, and the air conditioning system worked well.
I hope this feedback helps the hotel address these issues and improve the overall guest experience.
