「Hotel muy agradable aunque con algunos peros: peregrinos yendo y viniendo que se levantan (y se oye) a las 5 de la mañana. Habitación y baño pequeños aunque con balcón. Desayuno bueno aunque no buffet. Ubicación y jardines sobresalientes. No cenamos ningún día porque el horario es europeo. Lo llevan señoras muy agradables」

「雖標榜是SPA Hotel但似乎已成為長途貨車駕駛的中繼休息站。飯店有點老舊但基本上是清潔的，員工態度有禮，餐廳食物意外的好吃。提供的早餐選擇不多，但走完一天的聖雅各之路後，還是一個可以好好休息的地方。」

「A beautiful and unique hotel just outside of Padron. Take some time to explore all the historic elements of the complex. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. There is a restaurant in the hotel. Not much else in close proximity. 」

「Comfortable, clean, convenient. The only problem I had is that there were a lot of fruit flies in my room when I first arrived. I found the source, an area on the door jamb near the bathroom. I wet some bathroom tissue and wiped it down and they were no longer a problem. An unusual situation so I cannot hold it against the property. No coffee available in the room or at the kitchen. But this seems to be typical in Spanish hotels. 」

「El hotel es muy lindo y el servicio es excelente. Lamentablemente el aire acondicionado no funcionó y el cuarto estuvo muy caliente toda la estancia. Tuvimos que pedir un ventilador y aun así la temperatura no bajó. 」

「Excepcional. Hotel bien ubicado, a 20 minutos andando de la Catedral y 5 en coche. Se aparca bien en los alrededores del Campus Universitario (alrededor el del hotel es zona azul). Las instalaciones del hotel son buenísimas. La atención del personal excelente. Me aplicaron además mis beneficios del club fidelidad Eurostar. La habitación excelente, limpia, espaciosa, bien amueblada, buenos amenities y cama cómoda. El desayuno de 10, variado, abundante, buena calidad y personal muy amable....

「not the service for four star hotels: disappointed. 1. they cant found our reservation from the computer. (its ok. happened sometimes) but at least dont let us standing and waiting there with big package. and when another customer came after us. they helped them first. we just standing there and watching what they doing. when i asking for sitting in lobby to wait ( which is just near the reception). they still didnt notice its because we tired and waiting too long. just answered it will finish...
