"View from the terrace has a beautiful mountain view and is great for watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. Easy walk to the train station, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Easy downhill walk to the Archaeology museum. Staff were easy to get a hold of, and the suite itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are staying in Naples. "

"The apartment is so lovely. It is a very spacious property and in a good location to explore all of Naples. The communication from the host was excellent and they were very attentive and quick to respond to any queries. The only slight thing is the road noise - it didn't spoil our holiday but if you are a light sleeper then ut would be an issue. "Our stay started out rough. Pics/description did not accurely represent what we received. We thought we were getting a 2-story apt with 2 king size beds & 2 singles (traveling party of 6). The apartment is actually only 1 level, and we got the equivalent of 2 queens & a full size bed, & the air conditioners didnt work in 2 of the sleeping rooms making it extremely hot and uncomfortable. "Poor service at checkin, had to fight to get the copy they took of my passport at checkout. Room was infested with ants so we could not have food in room and the air conditioner would not work. Asked for a new room but was denied, refused refund so we could check into an actual hotel but were told they have a no refund policy. Do not stay here especially when you can stay at another hotel very close for $10 more a night."

"Excellent location. Comfortable. The host was really nice and the publication was accurate. The stairs are very steep, not suitable if you suffer vertigo."

"Our overall experience was great. All the desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up the room. My only complaint is that there was no air conditioning available to cool down the room at night when I’m sleeping and was suggested that I just open the sliding door. The problem with that was that the noise coming from the street outside was so loud so we had a hard time sleeping. With NO airflow in the room when closed that was not very dood. I wanted to speak with a manager but didn’t get a chance to. Also the fact that I paid more money just to get an ocean view then there was no air conditioning was a little bit disappointing. Again overall was great I just wish that they should’ve offered some sort of compensation/refund for the inconvenience."
