"Excellent ratio of price and quality. Our room was clean and it was exactly as in the photos. We would stay there again. We got the real New York feeling and had a spacious room with 3 double beds at a fraction of the price of a hotel. "

"The Manhattan is in a prime location. Super close to the subway and an easy walk to Central Park, Hells Kitchen as well as Times Square. We stayed in a renovated room, which was clean and comfortable. It wasnt luxury, but we werent in the room all that much. The biggest drawback was, there was NO air conditioning. I was told it was turned off. I tried to open the windows, but that provided little relief. Even at summer camp, I had a fan! That being said, the staff were kind and lovely. "

"Our experience at this hotel was generally good, but we encountered a minor issue with the AC, and housekeeping missed our room for cleaning, requiring us to ask the front desk to send someone to clean it."

"Gorgeous hotel! Staff was not very friendly or helpful, but we didn't need much support from them anyhow. The view from the room was incredible and we didn't want to leave it! The area around the hotel was dead/quiet but I'd bet it's more bustling during the rest of the year (we were here around the holidays). Not many late night eating/drinking options close by. "
