I wish the lady who was in charge of the bar was more hospitable towards the guests that don’t want to go to bed early. Other than that, the staff was great and super helpful. "This is a wonderful hotel in a spectacular location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the views are sensational, the owners are very helpful, the food is very good and reasonably priced, and it is very well located for exploring the Dolomites (Tre Cime, Seceda, Adolf Munkel Weg, Sella Pass, Grödner Joch, etc.) The road up to the hotel is a bit daunting the first time, as it is narrow and curvy, but after the first time it feels perfectly comfortable. We will return often!"

"Kristall is an amazing hotel with a gorgeous view. When we arrived at 2pm we were told they would have an afternoon snack available from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. The snack was delicious with the hot snack being cheese gnocchi. After that we went and enjoyed the spa area. The pool was a perfect temperature and the hot tub was nice. They had two different saunas, a Turkish bath (steam room), and then a cool down room. The bed was very comfortable. Overall enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed...
