"Great location to Broadway and surrounding great staff. Horrible bathroom with rust !! Tried to change room when arrived but it was always crowded customer service. When I did check out told customer service that had a room with bathtub with rust coming out. Told her was very uncomfortable and unpleasant to take a bath. She said you should tell us and we change you room. The point here I should not neither any other guest pay for a room that bathtub was rusted and this was against our health....

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Lucerne. It was in the perfect location. We were able to get to the subway very easily. Great restaurants in the area. We felt very safe. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Manhattan."
