"Fabulous hotel, staff was outstanding. Jacuzzi’s could have been warmer but jets were strong for a good calf massage after a long day of skiing! Spa was lovely, sauna and hammam were very hot which was great. Rooms not large but adequate. We had a group of 8 rooms, mostly couples and all were pleased. We would stay there again for sure. "

"We were only in Annecy for 1 day to visit with our exchange student & his family. The hotel is absolutely beautiful & the view of the lake was stunning from our balcony. We absolutely will come back if we are lucky enough. "

"Excellent hotel, with a stunning ground floor entrance/reception. Rooms and hallway a little tired, but it didn’t detract from the stay. If you get a family bedroom make sure you got a proper shower - ours was one over a bath without a shower curtain so it wasn’t the easiest to shower in without water going everywhere. Would definitely stay again if we found ourselves in Lyon."

"Great place to spend the nite after a long flight from USA. Only thing that would be better would be to have some food available more hours as after arriving might need to eat before normal restaurant hours as you need to go to sleep! "
