Best Western Revolution Park hotels

"The beds were clean and fairly comfortable. There was hair on the bathroom floor, and I killed at least 3 little roach-like bugs. The hooks to hang things in the bathroom had been ripped out. There were no towel racks. There was not maid service so we had to get clean towels and more coffee. They had a coffee maker and a fridge in the room. Liquid soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner were provided (not the little bottles, but larger containers on the wall). Breakfast was basic, but adequate....

"The front desk staff was very short toned. Did not have a welcoming environment whatsoever. We’ve stayed now 3 times at this hotel and keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s been consistently unwelcoming… "

"Wonderful, friendly staff. Coffee 24 hr. Very clean room. Only thing in disrepair was a strip of ceiling by door rest of room up to date. Towels are on the thin side as are the bed covers. Very rough TP and kleenex"
