"Brought mum for a long weekend. Mooons is conveniently located with lots of travel links and options. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and the whole feel of the hotel was relaxed and welcoming. Some building/renovation works taking place, so the decor was unfinished in reception/bar HOWEVER no works being undertaken during our stay so not disruptive at all. The breakfast is AMAZING, and we loved every second of our stay. "

"I had a really lovely stay, it was really convenient with easy Ubahn access and transport for the airport. The room was really comfortable and well laid out. The bed was ready comfortable, and the shower was perfect. The staff were all super friendly and helpful! I could leave my suitcase in the luggage room aftervi checked out in the morning and had an evening flight. I think I will come back next time im in Vienna!"

"As other people have stated the carpet did have stains on and it wasn’t overly modern, however the room and bathroom were very clean. The sheets were pristine with comfy beds. Location was perfect. Staff were friendly and communication before our stay was fantastic including organising a chocolate cake for my daughter’s birthday. Would definitely stay again! "

"We stayed here for 11 nights and while this is far from touristy areas, it is very close to public transport and a breeze from there to get to Innere Stadt. Also conveniently located to a Westfield Shopping Centre, plenty of dining options available. Staff were very professional & friendly. Complimentary coffee & tea available at the lobby. Also good that there is a gym and a laundry-drying facilty. Overall a great stay."

"We were massively surprised at how lovely this property was. Staff were super friendly, the dining area we didn’t use but they have free coffee all day so used it for that which was a super treat bring coffee lovers. "Great hotel in the centre of Vienna just a couple of minutes walking distance away from the Opera, main shopping area and other atractions like the Hofburg. "I almost cancelled this hotel booking based on the picture of the front showing what appears to be a rough area with graffiti covered walls, but don't be put off by that. Graffiti along railway lines seems to be regarded as art in vienna, and is no indication of it being a rough area. The hotel is spotlessly clean and modern. Good facilities in the rooms. "I had an amazing stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it enough! The location is incredibly convenient—just a few minutes’ walk from the main station (though I initially took a cab, not realizing there was a direct path!). From the moment I checked in, the experience was top-notch. I was upgraded to an executive suite, and it was absolutely fantastic! The bed and pillows were so incredibly comfortable that I slept like a baby—truly one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time. The next morning, I was on the hunt for a great cappuccino after experiencing mediocre coffee at my previous location. The gentleman at the front desk recommended a nearby restaurant, and wow, the cappuccino was so good I ended up having two cups! Everything about my stay exceeded expectations, and I will actually be returning again in a few days. Highly recommended!"
