"Ideally located in Tromsø Sentrum. Pleasant & professional staff. Easy taxi & bus service. Clean & great breakfast. Unfortunately the roof is closed during the winter so we were unable to use it for aurora viewing."

"This property was perfect for our visit to Tromsø Norway. Communication with this property was excellent! It was extremely clean apartment and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice having a washer and everything dried perfectly by morning, even though there wasn’t a dryer. I would definitely stay at this property again! Thank you very much."

"Hotel was clean and comfortable, although the room was a little on the small side. Only thing we lacked in the room was tea and coffee. Sky bar was excellent, comfortable great views. Breakfast was very good. A little fat out of town but can't fault the public transport. Overall very good"

"I'm a single woman with a 10 year old son and we had a wonderful time here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The beds were super comfy, the room was lovely and warm. The quilts were really good quality down and little things like that make all the difference! My son and I loved the breakfast, a great variety to choose from. My son is really fussy so that's a massive compliment. The hotel was impeccably clean and I loved the body lotion in the rooms. The staff made the hotel amazing, it was good without but the friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help, really made our holiday. Thank you all at hotel thon polar. We had an amazing holiday and I hope to come back later in the year! "
