This B&B is a pearl, especially if you have dogs. The cottage has a large space outside fully fenced where your dogs can run wild and safely. Breakfast was excellent: you order it the evening before and it shows up at your door at the desired time.

This was my third or fourth stay at Homestead. It just gets better and better. I appreciated the fenced dog walk since there were no sidewalks on the nearby streets. Breakfasts are good and a variety of restaurants are barely 5 minutes drive away. Rehoboth and the motels are built up and hard surfaces but this is an island of relaxing trees.
