「I am a medical doctor of Jamaican origin who eagerly planned this vacation for a medical conference. The resort grounds were well manicured, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, all staff tended to defer to White guests over Black guests, although Black guests may have been first in line. Overall, a good experience.」

「The Pink Palm is a beautiful and picturesque boutique hotel located in the heart of the old city. It’s very convenient to walk to town but if you are driving the parking situation is less than ideal. Also, be aware there are lots of stairs.
