"The central heating wasnt working in the 1st day, they come and fix it however the 2nd day got broken again. No heating in the bedroom at all time. The shower wasn't working, they come and fix it on the 2nd day. The apartment wasn't so clean. They tried to charge me more for cleaning than the initially price they wrote on the website. It supposed to be 30 euro and they asked me for 40 euro. However i did send an email and said i will leave 30 euro in lei on the tv table. I wouldn't recommended...

"No AC and we couldn't have more than one fan per unit even though we had two rooms. We asked for an extra fan, were told we'd get one but didn't. Was impossible to sleep because of heat and extremely loud noise from the street. Not a pleasant stay at all. The cleaning stafd were very nice though."

"Around 20 mins from the city centre, and another 20 mins from Brasov Trainstation. Was very clean, cosy, and came with aircon/heater. Shower was good, and came with some shampoo and body wash. Albeit quite small. The room also had a TV and fridge. But the room was very affordable and the staff was very friendly. I would stay there again if I was in Brasov."

We got a room for 1 day, the room's AC did not work, eventually the room got very hot and uncomfortable; we had to sit with the door open because the hallway was cooler than our room. When we let the staff know about the AC, they told us "well, it isnt hot outside", did not switch us rooms or even offer any compensation for the inconvenience.
