「Because they accept pets, they should have certain rooms designated for guests with pets. The first room they gave me, smell of dog urine. I requested a different room and they were polite, and promptly gave me a different room which was cleaner, the furniture was less worn, and did not smell. Need to upgrade the pillows. Coffee bar was stocked and pleasant. Overall, if you are looking for a decent place to sleep, at a low amount. This is it. Staff were very pleasant !!」

「Friendly staff and a clean hotel. Good stay.My kids were disappointed that the pancake maker was broken for the breakfast. The shower was okay very low water pressure. Overall a good sta.」

「Nice, clean newer hotel at The Highlands. My only gripes were no USB charger outlets anywhere in the room, and the heater sounded like a thunderstorm (lots of howling wind and rain pelting the windows).」

「Felt safe, personnel was very friendly, facility was clean. Maybe a little outdated in some ways but I would stay again. Only negative is there was a nearby facility that had loud music playing late at night (Saturday night).」

「Loved my stay at this hidden gem! Scott was great, very attentive and helpful. The place is gorgeous, lots of history and decore. The breakfasts were spectacular as well, especially the Caramel French Toast: WOW! Will definitely stay here again if Im in the area.」

「This place was absolutely cozy quiet safe the beds were comfy pillows room was quiet Breafast was soooo good 👍 clean place friendly staff check in was quick and easy warly check in in is based on availability on date a chill place to stay when away from home restaurants walkable on site only 1 thing the pool was ehhh we did not use but to sleep Exellent 」
