Best Western Ravena hotels

"Hotel is recently renovated. The lobby is wide and furniture is new and spacious. Breakfast was great. The bedroom is warm even though it is on the 4th floor and cold outside. The hotel is also safe and close to many shops. I would definitely recommend it. "

"My family and I had an Amazing stay here this past weekend at the Auto Camp.. check in was easy…very friendly staff..Our Premium cabin was clean & comfortable. The bar was pretty cool, food was good. The main clubhouse had tons to do. My family and it went to a silent disco dance party at night and we had SO MUCH FUN!! Can’t wait to return back in the summer. Thanks for the AWESOME time Auto Camp!!"

"There was an issue during the check-in where I got charged double for my stay, but I was able to recieve my money back after a couple of business days. The carpeted floors of the hotel room were kinda gross and there some crusty dried up food that I stepped on when I walked by the side of the bed. The were kind in their service, but I don't think it'll return."

"Property is relatively new and well located, an is pet-friendly. We have stayed here several times. The property is already showing signs of wear which should be addressed, touching up paint and cleaning rugs in hallways for starters; wallboard around tub degrading from water; superficial stain on furniture wearing away. All of these are easily addressable, the property will look shabby very quickly if not kept up with."
